Major-Leagues.com tracks attendance statistics to measure the health of a sports league’s live, in-person game experience. This post pertains to Major League Baseball’s reported attendance records from 2006 to 2015.<\/p>\n

Major League Baseball reached a peak Total Attendance of 79.5 million in 2007 and then suffered a significant drop in attendance since that time. As of 2015 the Total Attendance remains over 5.7 million attendees less than the 2007 peak. Average Attendance is 2,308 attendees less per game since the 2007 peak.<\/p>\n
